The tester features an automatic sample cutting mechanism, ensuring consistent specimen collection, improved accuracy, and enhanced repeatability while minimizing operator intervention.

The Digital Auto Cut Melt Flow Index Tester is widely used by plastic manufacturers, polymer processing industries, masterbatch manufacturers, research laboratories, quality control departments, and educational institutions to evaluate the flow characteristics of molten polymers during production and material development.

The instrument is equipped with a Digital PID Temperature Controller, high-precision heating system, and automatic timer for accurate temperature regulation and reliable testing.
