Vacum Leak Tester Digital
Accurate Leak Detection for Pouches, Bottles and Flexible Packaging
4B Testing Equipments Pvt. Ltd. offers a high-quality Digital Vacuum Leak Tester designed to detect leaks, pinholes, seal defects and packaging failures in pouches, bottles, sachets, flexible packaging and sealed containers. The machine works on the Bubble Emission Technique, also known as the Bubble Leakage Test Method, to provide a simple, reliable and visual method of identifying package leakage.
The test sample is placed inside a transparent vacuum chamber containing water or a suitable immersion liquid. A controlled vacuum is applied through the digital vacuum control system. If the package has a leak, air escapes from the defective area and visible bubbles are produced. This helps identify leakage caused by poor heat sealing, pinholes, cracks, weak seals or damaged packaging.

The Digital Vacuum Leak Tester is suitable for both:
- Pouches, sachets and flexible packaging
- Bottles, containers and rigid packaging
Also Known As
This equipment is commonly searched and referred to by different names, including:
- Vacuum Leak Tester
- Digital Vacuum Leak Tester
