Working Principle – Bubble Emission Technique
The test sample is placed inside a transparent vacuum chamber and immersed in water or a suitable test liquid. The chamber is closed, and a controlled vacuum is applied through the HMI touch screen.
If the pouch, bottle or package contains a leak, pinhole, crack or defective seal, air escapes from the damaged area and produces visible bubbles. The operator can observe the bubbles through the transparent chamber and identify the leakage point.
Test Procedure
- Place the pouch, bottle or package inside the chamber.
- Fill the chamber with water or a suitable test medium.
- Close and lock the vacuum chamber lid.
- Select the required vacuum level and test duration on the HMI touch screen.
- Start the test cycle.
- Observe the sample for bubble formation.
- Visible continuous bubbles indicate leakage or package failure.
