Ltd. offers a Computerized Pneumatic Bursting Strength Tester designed for accurate measurement of the bursting strength of paper, paperboard, corrugated board, packaging materials, textiles, leather and similar sheet materials. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic specimen clamping system and computer-based testing software for automatic test data acquisition, result display, graph generation, data storage and professional test report generation.

Description

The pneumatic clamping system provides uniform and controlled sample holding, reducing operator-related variation and improving test repeatability. During testing, hydraulic pressure is applied beneath a flexible diaphragm until the specimen bursts. The computerized system automatically records the maximum bursting pressure and displays the test results on the computer screen.
