The machine is widely used to determine the optimum sealing temperature, sealing pressure and dwell time required for different films, laminates and packaging structures.

The pneumatic operating system provides uniform sealing pressure, reducing operator variation and improving the repeatability of test samples. The machine is available with the following jaw sizes:
